Step 3: Warm transfer the customer to our TeleLife team

For fully underwritten applications, our TeleLife^® team receives the ticket immediately and takes care of the rest: contacting the customer for a brief phone interview, scheduling exams and obtaining signatures. Simply prep the customer on these steps and warm transfer them to TeleLife if they’re ready to complete the interview right away.

Step 4: Keep tabs on application status

Our pending business dashboard shows you all of your submitted cases in one place. Here you can view current status, check outstanding requirements, upload documents and send correspondence.

The customer’s policy is delivered quickly, easily and securely through electronic policy delivery (EPD). Using EPD, they can access their policy online 24/7, review and sign any necessary documents, make premium payments and download their policy records.
