Effective August 11, 2025, in all states except New York, Protective Lifetime Assurance UL will have the following price changes:

• Target premiums, minimum monthly premium rates, and secondary minimum monthly premiums will decrease an average of 2.5% for males and an average of 3.5% for females.

Transition Rules

• For electronic ticket business: Signed applications must be received on or before September 5, 2025, to retain old rates.
• Any application in underwriting on August 11, 2025, will retain the rates they were initially quoted.
