Protective Life indexed annuity and registered index-linked annuity in-force policy correspondence currently being mailed to agents, including renewal notices, cap rate changes, and confirmations of customer on-demand requests (such as beneficiary changes and other contract changes) will be available online at MyProtective.com, effective December 1, 2021. This change will not impact policy correspondence mailed directly to clients. Clients will continue to receive their policy communications directly via mail.
With this new digital enhancement, we will no longer mail paper copies of the correspondence noted above to agents. Agents will be notified via email when there are new renewal or cap-rate notices to view and have the convenience of accessing those anytime, anywhere, via MyProtective.com.
To view in-force correspondence, log on to MyProtective.com and take the following steps:
- For annuity correspondence, visit My Business > Existing Business > Annuity Contracts.
- For life correspondence, visit My Business > Reports & Tools > Client Correspondence.
- For additional instructions, download a job aid at MyProtective.com.
