As we look back on 2025, it’s clear that the year brought its own set of challenges, as every year does. However, together, we overcame them and achieved remarkable things, all while staying true to our mission: to protect our customers.  


Let’s take a moment to reflect on some of our major accomplishments this year:  

  • Over 10,000 Allstate customers were successfully insured.
  • We placed $5.3 billion in death benefit coverage.  
  • We generated ~$16 million in life premiums.  

These numbers are more than just figures—they represent the families we've helped protect. Because of your hard work and dedication, these families now have peace of mind knowing they’re covered in case the unexpected happens.  


I want to personally thank you for your unwavering support, for your business, and most importantly, for the incredible ways you’ve helped us serve these families. This year also saw some exciting developments, including the launch of our enhanced protection sales support team.  


Process and underwriting improvements:  

  • We launched electronic Term Conversion application submission capabilities. Every year, nearly 10,000 term insurance policies are placed in force. Every one of these customers will have the opportunity to convert to a Protective UL or WL product throughout the duration of that term policy and that process is now easier than ever before.

  • With these recent changes, we further reduced average cycle time by 8 more days, building on the 3-day reduction made in 2024.  

Partnership highlights:  

  • We celebrated the Allstate Due Diligence Meeting in Covington, KY! Thank you to everyone who participated and helped elevate their business while continuing to protect customers in new ways.

  • 10 Regional Vice Presidents and their dedicated Internal Wholesaler partners, available for 1:1 or group meetings, webinars, and training on life insurance products and processes.
  • A dedicated inbound call line with 10 operators ready to assist our wholesaling team: 1-877-905-3078 (option 1).  
  • Our Resource Center, staffed with more than 30 customer service representatives.
